What is Jomres?
Jomres is an Online Booking Engine that helps hosts to take bookings and payments online. It's powerful, feature rich, and secure.
If you use any of the big OTAs for taking bookings online, you'll know that you are sharing a significant percentage of your revenue with them. With Jomres you can take bookings directly on your own website.

Easy Setup
You can download a copy of this site and install it on your own server in just minutes. There's no lengthy installation, just a few clicks and you're ready to go.
Once installed, decide which landing page and main menu items you want to use, and start adding properties.
This Quickstart is based on the Helix Ultimate Template, so if you've used that before you'll be right at home.
Multi-vendor
Multiple hosts can register and create their own properties on your site. They can manage their properties, prices, bookings and more all from their own dashboard.
While it's mainly designed for hotels, guest houses and B&Bs, Jomres can be used for any type of property including resorts, self catering units, villas, apartments, camp sites, and more.
Ical
Easily import and export bookings via the iCal file format.
Imports and exports can be done manually, or automatically via the built-in cron system.
Channel Management
If you're using Jomres for Hotel, Villa or Apartment bookings, you can connect with the Beds24 channel manager to share property and booking information with other OTAs.
Multi-language
Jomres Core comes with 35 language files and the ability to add more. Each host can translate each property's descriptions and other labels to any languages that are installed in the CMS.
Multiple Search plugins
Search modules and widgets can be made from shortcodes, or use ajax driven search functionality that allows guests to mix-and-match their requirements to find the perfect property.
Property Specific Settings
All hosts can create unique pricing plans and deposits for each individual property. Each property has their own payment gateway settings that managers configure themselves.
Property Type language strings
Built into the system, this feature allows you to have different strings for different property types. Cars have "Customers", yachts have "Clients" and hotels have "Guests". Site Administrators can easily change these strings through a simple user interface and the changes are saved to the database.
Different Booking Methods
Properties can use a variety of different booking methods, allowing you to offer different types of businesses on your site. Choose between Room Bookings, Property Bookings, Roomless Bookings (for tours), and Item Hire.
Todo lists
Guides your managers through setting up their properties with links to tasks that they need to perform to get the property ready to be published.
REST API
Extensive library of endpoints to securely administer your site and properties. API keys are specific to individual managers and the properties they control. API Key pairs can be generated and expired at any time, and given access to only specific sets of features.
Prices
Managers can apply complex prices through a simple user interface.
Dynamic dashboard
Managers can choose which widgets to show in their control panel, and move those items around to suit their own requirements.
Property Management
Hosts can book guests in and out, and drag and drop bookings on the calendar to move bookings to different rooms or dates. Extras can be added to invoices before the invoice is finally marked as paid.
Detailed invoicing
Shows all line items, including tax. Additional items added to invoices have their own tax rates.
Guest & Manager profiles
Guests and Hosts each have Profile pages where other users can see their properties (if a host), the reviews they have left, and the reviews left by other hosts.
Property Reviews
Reviews can either be automatically or manually approved, guests can leave comments and other reviewers can score a review's helpfulness. Hosts can reply to guest reviews. Reviews can be semi-anonymised by guests, if they wish.
PII is strongly encrypted
Personally Identifyable Information (PII) is encrypted using AES-256 encryption. This gives your customers an extra level of confidence that you can be trusted with their PII.
Booking Approvals
Hosts can approve bookings. When this functionality is enabled bookings don't immediately block rooms. Instead the manager is given the opportunity to review the booking before approving it.
